Instead of cookie-cutter programs with basic solutions KB Coaching will work with you to handcraft each habit to match the unique obstacles and requirements of your lifestyle needs. Over time, through daily actions and accountability you will build a sustainable lifestyle that will prop up your energy, improve your physical and cognitive abilities, and propel forward into life.
Which coaching program comes with a FREE gym membership?
To qualify for the FREE Gym Membership, you must commit to a 9-month or 12-month Individual Coaching Package. These packages include:

How does the gym membership work?
Gym memberships are limited to Crunch Fitness facilities in the continental US.
